Xavier PILLAC needs no introduction ; he has an “artist” page entirely dedicated to him. An outstanding guitarist and singer with a golden voice, he brings the blues to the stage like no one else!

 

Isabelle PILLAC, for her part, is a conservatory graduate where she studied piano, oboe, and guitar. Between music theory, singing, and instruments, she became an accomplished musician. After several years devoted to another artistic career, it was her partner who reignited her passion by surprising her with a few concerts he’d organized for her !

Her passion for the washboard came later, sparked by the incomparable Cajoune from the band “Sweet Mama.” After just a few weeks of practice, she began performing one concert after another, including a completely improvised performance alongside Ben WATERS himself !

 

Boogie-woogie, rock’n roll, blues, soul, and more : she brings it all to life with an incomparable zest for life, a dynamism that needs no introduction, undeniable talent as a singer and percussionist, and an infinite love for her audience! She brings a feminine touch to this duo with her harmonious backing vocals and her tender touches on the washboard and shaker !
