With bite, humor & contagious charm, Jennifer MILLIGAN and Pascal FOUQUET make their music swing with unrivalled freshness and originality. International award-winning couple, they have been writing and touring together all over the world for over a decade.
A deep-seated calling had led them both to the Blues, and it was this that brought them together in 2010 : that year, they met by chance at the " Caveau de la Huchette " (Paris). Together, they began to build an unusual and diverse artistic project to share their passion for post-war Blues and Rhythm & Blues, which they called " Retro Modern Blues ".
In 2017, they self-released their album " Soul Burnin' ", produced by and with Dave SPECTER and recorded in Chicago by Blaise BARTON at JoyRide Studio...
In 2018, Dave joined them at the prestigious BayCar Blues Festival.
In 2019, as a duo, they are finalists in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis.
In 2021, they recorded their last album, " Keep On ! " in Chicago with Kenny SMITH, Felton CREWS and Billy BRAND. The album was released in 2022 on Blue Heart Records.
In 2022, they reunited with Dave SPECTER at the Beautiful Swamp Blues Festival in France.
They live in France and in United States, performing as a duo and a group, their rhythm section consisting of Pascal MUCCI on drums and Jean-Marc DESPEIGNE on bass, for heart-warming Blues !
